Website Action Plan
A written review and call showing what’s unclear, what’s missing, and what I’d fix first.

20 years as a creative director and conversion copywriter for big brands, brought down to practical small-business website work.
A website can look fine and still lose people because the order is wrong, the proof is thin, or the ask shows up too late.
A person lands on the page with partial trust, a few doubts, and not much patience.
The page explains the business in the right order, answers the quiet doubts, and makes the next step feel natural.
Strategy, copy, proof, design, and AI-assisted production, directed by human standards for what good means.
Most clients don’t need a huge web project. They need the path to feel obvious: someone checks them out, understands the fit, and knows exactly how to reach out.

Start hereFor Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Webflow, Shopify, and similar sites that need better copy, structure, design, flow, or a focused landing page.
Refresh my siteDirection, copy, design, build, lead capture, analytics, and launch for a site that needs a fresh start.
Talk through a rebuildClear service pages, quote-request pages, booking pages, event or workshop pages, lead magnet pages, and simple campaign pages. The goal is usually a form, call, email, booking link, or consultation request.
Hosting check: If you only need a simple landing page or two, you may be overpaying for hosting. I can look at what you’re using now and, when it makes sense, move you to a free professional hosting setup like Cloudflare Pages.

My creative director site, built around decision-stage work, proof, leadership, and the story behind the portfolio.
View siteA virtual counseling site where trust, warmth, service clarity, and a low-friction first step matter more than flash.
View siteA family travel site where the page needs to make a real advisor feel easier and more valuable than DIY planning.
View siteI use AI where it helps: drafts, options, layouts, speed. But the judgment stays human. The point isn’t to make an AI-looking website faster. It’s to make your website feel more like you, faster.

Can someone quickly tell what you do?
Does the site explain why it matters?
Is the proof where people need it?
Is the next step obvious?
Does it work on a phone?
Does it sound like your business?
If your site is outdated, confusing, unfinished, or missing altogether, that’s enough. I’ll look at where trust is getting lost and what would help the next person feel ready to reach out.
